Ram Darbar brings together Lord Ram, Sita Maa, Lakshman and Hanuman in a form cherished for its expression of dharma, devotion and togetherness. This Brass Ram Darbar Idol Set with Sita, Lakshman & Hanuman includes four individual idols: Ram, Sita and Lakshman standing, with Hanuman kneeling in prayer with folded hands.

Four forms, one devotional arrangement

Lord Ram holds an upright bow with his right hand raised in blessing. Lakshman carries a bow and arrow, while Sita Maa holds a flower and raises her right palm in blessing. Hanuman ji's kneeling posture and joined palms express his devotion to Shri Ram.

Ornate crowns, halos, layered jewellery and patterned garments unite the four figures. Each idol stands on its own carved round brass pedestal, allowing you to arrange the set together in your prayer space. Warm brass tones and darker detailing highlight the ornamentation from the front, sides and back.

Where we deliver

Chardhan delivers across India through trusted courier partners. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery to your address.

Dispatch time

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Before dispatch, each piece is checked for cracks, chips and finish, then packed.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders sooner than smaller towns and remote areas. During Diwali, Navratri and Ganesh Chaturthi couriers are very busy, so please order a few days ahead if you need your murti before a festival.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is calculated for your address and shown at checkout before you pay.

Packaging

Idols are wrapped in bubble wrap and foam and boxed so they do not move in transit. Plated and painted pieces are packed in a gift-ready box inside the outer carton.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Receiving your order

Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because nobody was available to receive it after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the extra shipping cost may be charged.

Damaged in transit

If your idol arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.

Damage, returns and refunds

Every murti we send is checked and packed by hand, but idols are delicate and journeys across India can be rough. If something goes wrong, we will put it right. Please read this policy before you order.

1. If your idol arrives damaged

If your order arrives broken, chipped, cracked or with damaged plating, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the product and the outer box, and an unboxing video if you have one, by WhatsApp (+91 63986 03274) or email (help@chardhan.com), with your order number. Once we have checked it, we will send a free replacement. If the same piece is out of stock, we will refund you in full.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved, as the courier may ask to see it.

2. Wrong or missing item

If you receive a different product, size or finish from the one you ordered, or something is missing from the box, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send the correct item at no extra cost.

3. Returns for other reasons

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags and inserts. Contact us first so we can share the return address. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer, and the refund is made once the item reaches us in the same condition.

For hygiene and religious reasons, an idol or pooja item that has been used in pooja, abhishek or a pran pratishtha cannot be returned. Consumables such as dhoop, chocolates and other food items in gift hampers cannot be returned once opened.

4. What is not a defect

Small differences in colour, shine or finish compared with the photos. Brass, plating and hand painting vary from piece to piece, and screens show colours differently.
Small variations in measurements, usually up to a quarter of an inch.
Natural darkening of brass over time. This is how brass ages and can be cleaned with tamarind or lemon.
Stands, cloths and props shown in photos. These are for styling and are not included unless listed in the box contents.

5. Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under section 3.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Once processed, they usually reach your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank. For cash-on-delivery orders, if offered, we refund by bank transfer or UPI.
