This website is operated by Chardhan ("we", "us", "our"). Our address is D7-1, Vasant Kunj, South West Delhi, New Delhi 110070. The online store is hosted on Shopify. You can contact us on WhatsApp at +91 63986 03274, or by email at help@chardhan.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Our idols and pooja items are handcrafted or hand-finished, so colour, shine, finish and measurements may vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos. Stands and props shown in photos are for styling only unless listed in the box contents.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if a location is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for giving a correct and complete delivery address and phone number.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
These are governed by our Refund Policy. If your idol arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement.
8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to Chardhan or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

If you have a complaint, please WhatsApp our customer care team on +91 63986 03274, or email help@chardhan.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
